  • I like to take a giant portobella mushroom cap and load it up with toppings. Cheese, pepperoni, sausage, you name it. The cap is the pizza;'s "crust", and since most of the fat and calories come from the crust, this is perfect. DELICIOUS. You can add as many toppings as you want with no guilt.
  • Yeah, 1200 is too little. You might try to get to a NET of 1200, anything under that and your body will try to conserve everything it has and the weight will not come off.   • I think the frame of reference they use is "regular" sized items- Like a Whopper and regular fries. The Mc. Donalds cheeseburger (not big mac, 1/4 pounder, etc ) are pretty small.
  • I had this exact same problem. I lost 16 pounds and I was so close to my goal weight; then, BAM, I was insanely sick and it ALL CAME BACK. I'm back at square one and still ill. Bronchitis that will just not go away.
