I was very sceptical of these things but thought id give them a go. Think i'll carry on with them (otherwise that would be a proper waste of money...) and then give it a miss. Im doing enough exercise and my diet is (generally) good - but thank you everyone for your advice and comments.

A lot of people have told me that single people do go to the gym to find a partner - so maybe thats why they're all preened... Im the same as u - hair pulled back, tshirt and trackies on, puffing and sweating like i could pass out at any minute....xx

Im 5ft 4, started at 188lbs. I now weigh 179lb after 5 weeks, and im on 1200 cals a day. Sometimes it can be a little difficult, but on the days that i exercise, i like to eat about half them calories back. x

i like that!! already proven her faddy diets r short lived and theres the magic word...diet. Its not about being on a diet, u know that and in the long run u will succeed more. anyways, low carb is very unhealthy n she runs the risk of heart attacks if done for a prolonged period of time..xx

Im thinking im having issues like these. Im on week 3. First 2 weeks, lost 2.75lb each week. This week ive put weight on. I eat 1200 but dont eat back my exercise calories - which means some days my net cals eaten are about 700 when ive been to the gym.
