  • I don't actually microwave it either... I do it up in a pan with a bit of sodium free chicken broth and sort of steam/fry/sautee it... It comes out gorgeous! I hate using the microwave in general and avoid it if at all possible. :P

  • I absolutely understand... I not only have long hair but it's super curly sooooo EXTRA knots... What i do is two french braids then I take the hang-y down tails and just tie them together in a couple of knots at the back of my neck... Works for me anyway. XD
  • I always drain the exta liquid but it still comes out thin.. which actually works for me since I prefer it that way. XD Now lemon zest though, hadn't thought of that... that might give it a nice extra bite as well! :)
