I think fried eggs take oil into account. I just use the raw egg entry and add oil/butter/milk/whatever if needed.

Hi there! My diary is open and while I'm in Europe and using some strange foreign foods, most of my meals should be recognisable. I eat a lot of fresh fruit, veggies and lean proteins (and chocolate too). I do not have a crock pot yet but plan to buy one for Christmas so I'd be interested in recipes! Feel free to add me! :)

Ripped in 30 is definitely harder than 30DS. I'm only on level 2 and Jillian's kicking my butt! Level 1 seemed relatively easy compared to some of her other workouts (killer buns and thighs or Banish fat boost metabolism) but level 2 is a whole different story!

You're not eating enough and you're not eating healthy. Check your calorie allowance with MFP and eat the amount that's suggested. The problem with celeb pics is that most of them are photoshopped so you can't really tell what they really look like. The second Olivia pic (beach one) seems genuine though.
