  • I have been using the elliptical at home 6 days a week for about 30-45 mins. each time. I have lost 3 lbs. so far and have notice a difference in my legs and upper body. I do feel good after a workout. I am having trouble staying motivated myself but I try and keep going. Keep up the good work and don't give up :-)
  • 1 cup= 8oz. I drink 64oz a day. It's not that hard to do:drinker:
