    94 min on the treadmill....ran 2 miles and walked 4 miles briskly...still recovering from pushing myself so hard during the 5K.

    So far i've done 270 minutes. I did go on a week vacation and jogged for 3 days..but been slacking here at the house, so haven't exercised since I returned. Only 730 minutes to go in 12 days, hahah....don't think i'm going to make that!
