Wow, you look fab...such a change. I am more in awe of you doing the half marathon though! Wow.

Download the Couch to 5K app and you will be flying it. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I couldn't jog to save myself and I am now on week 3 Day 2 of the couch to 5K. It's brilliant.

Thanks for that. Delighted that it's an overall workout. Funny but I actually use it as the last thing on my gym routine as I find it so relaxing. I push myself while doing it but I find it the most relaxing thing in the gym.....mind you I only do about 15 mins on it but it's full on for 15 mins and then I do my warm down…

Really? God I get very tetchy and anxious if I can't get my few hours in the gym. I just feel that I am not putting in the effort if I don't do my workout. I might go for a swim tonight instead. Would this help? And drink lots and lots of water today.
-
Wow, great work.....your on the downward slope now!!! Keep up the good work. You'll be a different person by the summer.
-
Are you eating back your exercise calories?
-
It sure is.... Thanks for the feedback guys. I reckon it will disappear as quickly as it appeared! It better!  I wonder if I drink ALOT more water today would it shift? I have been working out for a couple of hours in the gym the last few days so that might be a reason.
-
Dan, you're like my personal stalker....LOL...only joking...you just replied to my other thread re: my 3lbs up this week. Thank you for that....will definitely incorporate it into my routine. Hoping to be super buffed by the summer. :smooched:
-
Haha, he's like a demi-god on this site (well to me anyway). :flowerforyou: :blushing:

Definitely did not eat anything like that amount. Will check my sodium again. I am very sore the last few days as I am really working out as hard as I can in the gym and pushing myself. I am definitely losing crazy amount of inches as well. I shouldn't complain really....it will be probably be gone by my next weigh in on…
-
Oh God Dan, I didn't think you'd be popping by! :blushing: I've afraid you might end up lecturing me. :ohwell:
-
No more/less carbs/sodium than usual. I have been eating my exercise calories back though the last few days but it's still bring me to my 1200-1300 goal a day. I have been losing steadily for the last few weeks. Maybe I shouldn't eat my exercise calories back (I KNOW, DON'T MENTION THE WAR HAHA). It just seems like a lot…

Nope, just finished my period last week, that's why I can't understand it. It's not the end of the world, I know, but 3lbs is a lot to put up in a couple of days!!!!
-
Oh Lord, this is a big problem for me. If I am really regular, I go once every three days!!!! The last couple of months it has sometimes been up to 5 days!!!! It doesn't cause me too much problem but I would love to go every day. I am having a bowel investigation done as I feel it just can't be right to go once or twice a…

Well done you! That's some achievement. I am only a month into my journey but I a hoping, like you, in 6 months times to have the 40 odd lbs I need to loose gone! Congrats on your weight loss and best of luck in losing the last few lbs! Your wife must be thrilled with her new super hot hubbie! :0)
-
WOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! OMG you look fab. You must be thrilled with the results. More motivation for me to keep going! Thanks for sharing.

Fair dues to you for sharing.....I hope things get easier and easier as you lose your weight. It's the little things, eh! Best of luck in your weight loss journey. :0)

OMG, the difference is very evident! You look fab and have come a long way. Keep positive, the journey sometimes feel like it will never end but it will. You will get there. You look great at the moment. Enjoy it and feel good about yourself.

Cheers Annabell. Delighted to have the company. Best of luck with your weightloss journey. It defintely helps not carrying extra weight when pregnant, it's hard enough just dragging yourself around with the baby weight.
-
OMG you look FABAROO"!!!!!!! Stunning! That is an amazing weight loss for one month. I am just finishing my first month and I've only lost 9lbs! :0( You look great, keep up the good work. I don't know how you do it....I've three girls, don't know how I would find the time with 5 kids. :0)

What a great brother your sis has!!! Personally, I suffer dreadfully from period pain. At their worst I get dreadful pains radiating down my legs and into my knees. Kinda like really bad pins and needles sensation on top of a dull throbbing aching pain in my thighs, that doesn't even include the tummy and back cramps.…

Oh wow, thank youf or posting this topic!!! I too have a overhang after having three big babies in the space of two years! I have been doing a lot of gym work, weights, the 30DS Shred daily and also started the Couch 2 5 K. I can definitely see an improvement but still feel like I will never totally get rid of my flabby…

Thank you soooo much. I was having a bit of a low day after a teeny loss this week so you have really spurred me on again!!! You look fab.....if my body looks like yours when I am finished, I would be beyond thrilled!

not quite sure what happened with my reply above BUT my reply seems to have landed in the middle!

Thomas you're a star! That conversion will do perfectly. Same problem with me Kford but I am going with the heavier weight at the moment.
-
Yes Sandown, it has that option but I am old school and prefer to have it in stones and lbs! I am just curious now how to read stones on a digital bathroom scales and what the increments are between each stone.
-
Thanks Thomas. Would you mind giving me the increments so that I can read correctly. I've googled but it's not giving me the exact answer. So for 1 stone it goes from 1-2 but what are the points for each llb in between? I promise, even though it sounds such a stupid question, I am not usually this stupid! LOL

No-one? :0( I could google, I suppose.
