Allora.. tre obiettivi... 1. Non ricadere nella dipendenza da coca zero 2. Trovare un equilibrio tra dieta/attività fisica/benessere mentale/benessere fisico (na cosa più semplice no?) 3. Arrivare al 30/09 con un chilo in più rispetto a prima delle ferie.

I don't know. Ask yourself if when you put on weight you were eating by feelings or not. If the answer is yes, then, unless your 'feelings' changed in the meantime, you should continue to log and count cals.

I do good until... I plan to have a free for all weekend. Yes, I plan my cheat day and I shop according to what I want to eat. And I spend hours in the kitchen cooking. And it's not only a day, but the whole weekend so a lot of meals to plan and eat.

3 years ago I lost 22 kg only eating at a deficit. Without elliptical. it wasn't hard. If you are going to excercise it's going to be easier for you.
