Female, I'm 162 cm and 59 kg. I don't have to lose a lot of weight (1-2 kg) but a have to lose a lot of fat. I go to the gym 4 times a week: 2 times cardio(walking-running for 45 min)+Weight training / 2 times cardio(as mentioned)+pilates.
