Am I doing this right?

Female, I'm 162 cm and 59 kg. I don't have to lose a lot of weight (1-2 kg) but a have to lose a lot of fat.
I go to the gym 4 times a week: 2 times cardio(walking-running for 45 min)+Weight training / 2 times cardio(as mentioned)+pilates.
From sept until now it was 5 times but I hurt my shoulder :( and I can't lift anything and my PT doesn't want me to do too much legs work. I lift very little weight (10-20 kg). I don't want to built a lot of muscles and I'm one of the lucky people the need very little to show: if I want to wear something without sleeves or nicer, I have to take a couple of day off from the gym or I'll look like a man (add that I am almost flat as a board, it's not a good look)

Anyway, do you think it's a good work out or should I change my routine?
Thanks

I would say your eating should be your first priority, with weight loss 80% food and 20% exercise.

With your work out do stuff that you enjoy.
I love weight lifting and while eating at a calorie deficit you wont build huge muscles (this is a common misconception)
But stick to what you enjoy.

Also with so little to lose I would match your weight loss goals to this, and look at going into a smaller calorie deficit. (ie set your weight loss goals to .5 loss instead.

From everything else you have said, I would stick with the weight training, it sounds like you need to focus on body recom more than weight loss right now.. and no you will not gain muscle as long as you are eating at a calorie deficit.

Thank you. I'm already eating at a calorie deficit. So I guess I'll just continue what I'm doing.
