  • I have found that WW is what I needed. I became to obsessed with calories and even know there is a cost I find since I have to pay for it I am more accountable for it so compared for other programs is only 19.00 a month. And for now that is working for me.

  • I have just joined WW online I have been doing it for a week. had my first weigh in today lost 4.6lbs and 8in I found the points system vs calories was easier for me since I get so obsessed with calories. I am still using MFP I like the community and it has a better food database.
  • I feel the exact same way. But I have not thrown in the towel yet just like you I have a lot to lose but the fact that we are still here is a good sign.
  • I love MPF but wasn''t losing either so I thought I would try WW and see how that works for me.

  • I just love her. Just bought radio remix, Fast & Firm: 4 Really Big Miles and Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan. It helps me keep motivated since I hate being outside in the cold.

Unfortunately I do plan the meal ,crockpot and freeze dinners but sitting in a car for an hour with a hungry husband the take out wins I just need to stick to my guns and if he wants to take out he can have it. I will just eat what was planned. I just have to remember this…

  • Yes, my husband does work the same hours and already tried crockpot meals gets boring and not much of a meat eater. Do you have any recipes that you use?

  • Do to work and time I try to get at least 20min or more on week days and 30 or more on weekends. I try to get some kind of exercise a day.
  • I have realize that is not people not wanting to support us it that fact that its change and as everyone knows people don't like change.   • Take baby steps Hurt my knee in March just starting to get in the swing of things. Just remember to take Ibuprofen before you exercise and don't push it and remember to ice after wards. Had to go through 2 month of pt to get where I can walk/run with it being achy but not too painful.

  • I like the way you sum this up. I don't find it easy to lose weight. In fact when I am doing well I get obsessed with calories and exercise. Then I slip in my old ways and beat myself up and gain more weight. I trying to break this cycle.

  • Haven't be really sticking to anything. But need to Have Shamrock 5k tomorrow but so out of shape just doing the 5k walk instead of run. Sign up for a color run in September so I need to get training for that so I can run the full course.
  • Be so off track lately. Do alot of stress eating. Trying to get back on track with calories set by MFP and not going over.
