  • I joined WW 2 weeks ago Im really enjoying it. First week I lost 4 lbs needed that boost. This week did ok went out alot have my weigh in tomorrow. I am doing it online so I don't have to go into a center for weigh ins. I feel with having the tools will mfp and WW that I will have great succes.

  • Well i did all of week 7 except for 1 day on the wii. today I started week 8 but I modify it. Since I am ubber slower that all of you I decided to go for distance instead of minutes. So completed 2miles in 32 minutes so about a16:min pace. Now I know what I need to work on. So on to week 8 :)

  • W4D2 Completed Be of track for a couple days. the first 3 min was really hard for me.
  • I actually found it challenging in a good way. Have not been able to complete W4D2 yet doing it on Thursday.
