You could always pack your own snacks and take them into the movie theater with you. :bigsmile: That way you don't have to dedicate so many calories to something that is not going to fill you up and benefit you. :bigsmile:

I would try to see someone that you haven't seen in a few weeks. They always freak and say stuff like "Oh my gosh, you look great!" or "Holy wow, how much weight have you lost?" It's a great feeling, definitely gives you the motivation to keep going and change even more. :bigsmile: By the way, I think 9 pounds is awesome!…

I have had the same issue. Get one of those measuring tapes that people use when sewing, and measure around your waist, hips, thighs, etc. Then do it again when you finish this level and you will definitely see a difference! :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

I only did level 1 for 6 days and decided to push myself to do level 2, and I did it twice the first day. Needless to say, I was sore the next day, but I pushed through and have been consistent with it. I was wondering though, has anyone else experienced pain in the wrists? Thighs and butt. I have always been chunky in that department, I won't have any issues with the belly area, never have, but I have been pear-shaped since middle school and the smallest pants size I've ever worn was a 10. I still had a huge butt and thighs. I would be elated if I could get myself into a size 4 or 6 jeans!…

I will say too, it seems to HELP me to move around and keep my muscles warm. I find that if I sit too long, that's when I notice the pain more. Hope this helps! And just so you know, because I tend to word things sometimes and it comes off wrong, I am sore but it's really not that bad. :bigsmile:
