I started the 30ds last week and I was sore after the first day, but I found it easier to the second day, and I wasn't as sore after day 2. You really do have to push yourself to do it. It might seem impossible right now but it is totally worth it! :happy:

You look great, and the comment you made about "beasting through the workout" was awesome. :happy: I think that is one of things that inspires me, is to read that others are sore from workouts, just like me, but they pushed on and went through the workout anyway. Yesterday (Apr. 5) was day 3 for me. I can already tell the difference from day 1, that was the hardest!! I am able to do things easier now, but I'm still adjusting to the push ups. Maybe your workout is not challenging you enough. You should try Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, I have seen so many people start it and succeed in losing weight, and I just started it the day before yesterday.
