Sorry ladies, I guess I was not helpful this week! TOM is in town and the stupid gain that comes with it!! Its not fat, just water, but it still shows on the scale!! :-(

I bet I win the dog competition. I have 3 saint bernards, and my baby is a 200 lb male. I remember one of my goals in weight loss was to weigh less than my dog! Hahaha.. he was only 185 lbs then, I think some of mine stuck to him! We dont do "little" dogs!! LOL

So my exercise total for today was 786 burned with running, both in the morning and evening. Was glad to be able to run again!! My total calories burned with exercise for the week was 6764. You would think that would equate to a nice big loss tomorrow, but alas,.... not looking that way!! UGH! Anyway, there are the numbers…

Was just coming to post my exercise for yesterday and looks like I won a 0.5 advantage, nice! Yesterday was 898 calories burned, with running and turbo kickboxing class at the gym last night. Thanks ladies!

Todays exercise totals were 847 calories burned. I did incline jogging at 5.2 this morning and then at 5.7 tonight. I found if I put te incline at 2, I can get some slow running in, which is a nice relief for me.. miss my running!

My exercise for SAturday was 1132 calories burned, 50 minutes of taebo in the morning and 10 minutes on the TM (was trying to run again, but no luck really) and then 50 minutes on the elliptical at night. Have a great Sunday everyone!

If it were me, I would eat around 1200 calories, and exercise for at least 1/2 hour every day, hard intensity as you can handle, and dont eat the calories back.

Or.. I found out that you can put something under your heels and raise them and it will stop your feet going to sleep. I actually bought an ellptical for home that raises the back of the pedals and it helps your feet not go numb!

Todays exercise total was 875 calories with weight lifting and 20 minutes turbo this morning and 50 minutes elliptical tonight. Hope you all had a good friday!

Debbie, fun huh, I am the opposite, hate laying around, get bored very easy. A body in motion, tends to stay in motion... Its my mantra. IF only it helped my loss more!! LOL ... BTW...that was entirely too "visual"... LOL

Ronbo, its like they wear on the biggest loser? It keeps count of the calories I burn, how many steps I take, how well I sleep, how much is high intensity exercise, how much is moderate, etc... it tells me my overall calorie burned count for the day. It does not help me to lose weight as such, but gives me a real idea of…

I am thankfully self employed and work from home and can arrange my schedule however, and when I started being healthy a couple years ago, I became exercise addicted! I usually run, but having hip problems the last couple of weeks, so I have been doing alot of turbo kickboxing…

My exercise calories for today are 1018, I did turbo kick twice for 80 minutes total and chalean extreme weight training and ab burner this morning. Debbie, it tells you how many are exercise calories under the totals and you can subtract that, but dont think you can "turn it off"

Yeah butt bashers!! I was just popping in to post exercise total for the day. I posted earlier my morning exercise, and tonight I did 50 minutes (4.6 miles) on the ellipitcal and burned another 525 calories, so my total for the day is 1208 calories burned... Have a great night everyone!

What are we shooting for with sodium? I just remembered today to add that in the column on the MFP page and lordy, mine is not too low at all!! UGH!

So far exercise today 90 minutes, 683 calories burned, and I usually exercise at night too, so I will post that as well later.
