344 weigh in down 4.2 ( it was water I gained 8 lbs in a couple days and had gotten up to 351 since our initial weigh in at 348.2 l couldn't take my water pill for 3 days I've actually lost 7 lbs since this past Friday ugh 5 of that was in one day lots of time in the loo :-/ )
