My OB/GYN says to stay away from carbs. Not the fruit and vegetable kind, but the bread and sugar kind of carbs. But I struggle with this as well. Everyone is different. Ask your doctor who requested the test. Even if you don't have this, I am sure they will give you ideas that will help. Good luck!

what kind of blenders do you all use? I don't make shakes that often and when I do its just in a shaker cup. I usually make protein pancakes with the protein powder, greek yogurt and an egg

So I realized that I didn't have the correct amount of cream cheese logged. After I changed it it did alter the the calorie content etc. Just an FYI.

Oh, and I also added two equal packets. I am sure you can add whatever version of what ever sweetener you like, or add none at all.

i like my sandich/wrap/salad with the chicken breast, ham, and provolone....then lots of lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. if i am feeling especially naughty, some light mayo added....so yummy and filling...
