Chocolate PB2 Chia pudding!! :-D
I just received my Chia seeds in the mail and started looking up recipes, this is SO GOOD I had to share
I was inspired by a recipe I found on Theslenderstudent.com and since I didn't have all the ingredients she used on hand , I changed it up a bit. Here's the way I made it;
1 T chia seeds
1/2 C Vanilla Light Soy Milk
1/2 packet Splenda, Truvia or sweetener of your choice
1 T chocolate PB2
Directions:
1. In a container with a lid, combine the chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and PB2.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Let pudding sit in the fridge for at least a couple of hours or overnight
I couldn't let it sit overnight lol, I left it in the fridge for 2 hours. The only thing I would do differently next time, is add 2 TBL of the chocolate PB2 just because I chocolate PB2
Enjoy!!
