And you should be outrageously pleased!

I live in South Wales and am on the look out for like minded friends. My binges seem to be when I feel I "deserve" it........................like chips or Ben & Jerrys, I disgust myself at times and have put on almost all of the 30 pounds I lost over the last few years. My worst times are eating in bed and when watching…

OP - you do what you want to do, as none of the advice you have been given you will take on board. Be prepared for getting seriously ill through lack of nutition, be prepared for even more crabby days as your blood sugars are on a rollercoaster. Oh yeah - and be prepared for your children to ask you questions when they do…
-
You look utterly amazing! Well done both!
-
Like it!

No I haven't...............been avoiding that if I'm honest! I have many "small stupid" things wrong so whenever I do go to the dr I feel a bit of a fraud.
-
What would you recommend? I am in the UK

Thank you all for your quick replies! I am debating to see my dr but if I can find a natural (or more natural) way first. I have read about paleo. It looks interesting! I know my body requires 2-3 ryvitas a day to keep regular, any more than that and things are a bit............gassy........... Should I have a calorie…

Great post! Food - chocolate fudge brownie, the sicklier the better in vast quantities. Men - strong toned shoulders..................yummy Puppies

Aw bless him! Suggest he gives it a go for 4 weeks and see how he feels after that. And he (and you) are more than welcome to add me as a friend!

I am so so sorry that someone could be so incredibly cruel - people make me soooooooooooooooooooooooo angry at times!!!!!!!!!!!! You have been given good advise. Keep your chin up chest out and pity his low intelligance.
-
I so empathise! I can also walk for ever, lift heavy weights at the gym etc etc - but running? Pathetic! I will have a good look at the programme you have all suggested myself. Thanks for asking the question - and so nice to see lovely answers too!

Me  I try and drink a lot of water.............................sometimes I have to submit to fybogel. It's getting so I am afraid of "going". Yet too much insoluble fibre makes my IBS flare up. I need help too!
-
I thought I was the only one too! I was hell on earth last week and then it's as if someone flicked a switch and I cried my eyes out and was all weepy and pathetic - in the loo at work...................fortunataly got it under control and my workmates know I can suffer so just turned a blind eye thankfully. What we go…

Whatever works for you is the key!

What a lovely trip to have! I think what I would do is use a timer on my phone and make a little note somewhere that you did x mins walking fast and x mins walking slow. Just jot it down somewhere and then put 2 lots of activities in MFP for slow and brisk! Or you could just guess at an average, say 7 hours overall?

You look truly amazing! Very very well done!

Its the starch in the carbs I cannot tolerate - and I can't eat much fruit either. But give me a plate full of veg, lean meat and a serving of rice noodles (gluten free) and I'm a happy bunny! Depends on the person - which should, of course, be taken into account.

These are brilliant! I have written a couple down for myself. Depending on what mood I am in or what I am doing: "Patience not perfection" and "Man up B***h!!"

43 married 1 step daughter (19 lives with mum) - none of my own. YYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! Ahem. I do have 2 dogs and an elderly cranky cat........... Friend if you like! (But please put something in your message so I know where "we met"!)
-
Very interesting - thank you.
-
Hello! I have looked at your diary and from what I can see all I could suggest is some more ham & cheese to increase your protein.
-
Possibly a fad but I like them because they make me walk properly - I stomp on my heels!
-
Thank you all! Feeling a bit better now, already been out in the sun round town and got 3 lots of washing on the line. I love washing on a line it smells so fresh. I was going to blitz the garden and try and finish my never ending list............stuff it, I'll do bits of what needs doing nice and slowly.
-
I like "happy days" and "good times"
-
Your post and blog and profile are truly inspirational............I will send you a friend request in a mo as I would really like it of we could support each other. I'm in South Wales, UK btw.
-
Hello! I live in South Wales so not close to you - but you are more than welcome to add me if you want to.

I would take an estimate as halfway between the 2 readings. Also i am guessing not every part was flat! I can burn a huge amount hill walking yet generally put in 2.5mph on walking in MFP. When hill walking I dont make a note of the ups parts and down parts I usually am trying not to fall in a bog, on my bum and towards…

What a fabulous idea! I may have to sneak some stuff in myself.....................................there are going to be some very peculiar status updates now!

Thank you - I have been taking ages to add everything!
