Quick question - I am trying to convince hubby to move my treadmill downstairs and am getting excuses cos it is heavy. Is it actually safe to use in my spare room? will my house fall down?? lol thanks

I dont want to set goals that are too high right now! I am planning: 3 gym sessions a week with weights a walk every morning with the dogs. Hello! A colleague and I were discussing fruit and veg. I calorie counts and she uses WW. Now with WW she doesn't need to count fruit and veg but I do as they have calories. Why would that be?
