Hello
My gym workout has 15 min cardio at the start, a mixture of reps and increasing weights in exercises such as squats, planks, kettle bell lifts, more squats (LOL).
And then 10 min cardio as a cool down.
I was recording this as weight training in the cardio bit, today I put it as a Curves circuit training - what should I be putting? I have never done Curves so cannot say for sure what I am doing is correct.
Help!
Thank you
