What I Have Learned

All shopping must be done at a store that carries organic products.
All food bought must be organic.
Processed food is terrible for you.
Artificial sweeteners are really bad.
1200 calories a day is too low. Your situation doesn't matter. It's too low and that's the end of the argument.
Shirts worn must have logo stating one of three things - 1) How intense you workout 2) What type of exercise you do 3) Where you work out.
If you wear an A shirt (not a tank top), be sure to wear a shirt over it on which you cut out the sides. You want it to basically be an apron. The outer shirt may seem pointless to some, but A shirts don't have logos (see above). A shirts are not to be confused with tank tops.
Walking can burn up to 1000 calories per hour.
You MUST eat protein in every recipe, and after you thrash your muscle - you have 30 minutes to ingest protein. Whey only please.
Thermogenic supplements (Fat Burners) will kill you, and if you take them you don't know that the only way to lose weight is CALORIC DEFICIT. 90% of people know this for a fact.
Diet soda is more addictive than heroin.
Fruit is great for you. The simple sugar doesn't matter, if it grows from the ground (or tree) it's good.
Cereal is bad for you.
95% of the message board posters have experience in what they say. No one just read something on the internet or just follows the popular vote.
85% of the message board posters are legitimate nutrition experts.
Lifting is a must. If you plateau with plain old cardio - you need to lift.
Squats are trendier than Reebok Pumps. And if you squat, be sure everyone knows you do to get street cred.
Have a splendid Sunday.

I have recently found out that if there is no barbell on your back, then its not a "real" squat. I have been doing fake squats for all of this time...0

I'm trying to figure out how much of this is trolling... I suspect all of it.0
-
It's not trolling because I assumed people would know I'm being sarcastic.0

You missed one of the most important points.
If you are not losing weight...(or should that be "loosing"?) you need to eat more.0 -
