And at the highest you want 90% of your max (220-age; multiply this by .9 to get your MAX number). Obviously, if there is concern consult with your Dr. and get an ok. HIIT is meant to get you to your MAX but be careful!

Try it again. I find that adding a little water to my arm to get it to "connect" helps. I'm guessing it just didn't have a good connection to your arm????? Good luck!

Are you training for anything in particular? Maybe take a step back to 5 days and go back to the mileage you felt comfortable with just before this happened. I may try a different dressing to see if that could be it? Maybe the oils? I have IBS and have issues with certain foods. No so much greens but meats. Obviously, everyone is different but maybe go to a very bland diet (rice, oatmeal) for a few days and then add those things in that you have it narrowed to?

What about the dressing??? Or what else are you putting on it? I know dark greens can be difficult for some to digest.

First off - Diet is a naughty word in reference to "I'm on a diet". Referring your daily intake as "diet" is a better way at looking at it. IE: I try to keep my diet as clean as possible. KWIM? THIS! Look for outdoor bootcamps in your area :) Also, find something you REALLY like at your gym - classes like Body pump. If your do that class 2-3x's/week - I guarantee you'll be happy with your body when your vacation is here!

DItto others - you have to find something you enjoy! Do you like group classes? RUnning? walking? Find a local challenge, walk/running group or a class you really enjoy. Get an accountability partner.

Keep healthy options at your finger tips. Think peanutbutter/celery, carrots/hummus, yogurt. WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN/JOURNAL IN MFP. I do this FIRST THING IN THE AM so my food is planned for the day (before I eat it). Friend me for motivation :)

I'm currently doing Insanity and have done TurboFire as well. I like Insanity but LOVE TURBOFIRE. I feel like TF is more fun and feminine whereas Insanity is very repetitious and drill sergeant like. BOth are awesome workouts and if you plan on exercising with your husband Insanity would probably be better.

Tell him exactly what you just said on here. You need his support! YOu will ALWAYS be faced with these challenges - it's life and people eat crap and will offer it. Treat yourself to one and be done is key. Everyday is new and the will power is there. YOu just have to exercise it!
