Funny thing - the other day someone FB'd me about body by Vi products. I checked ingredients - Boron! That is an insecticide. Like I would willingly ingest that! I'm an ingredient nazi. I rarely eat out for this reason.

What about a salad??? Throw some cottage cheese and fruit on it? or make it with some black beans/salsa, chicken. Super easy to put together.

I wouldn't replace more than 2 meals with a meal substitute. 1 - they have quite a bit of sugar. 2 - if you go the cheap route they have a LOT of artificial ingredients in them. Love the program! Lots of variety and fun! Weights, cardio, stretching - it has it all!! I totally recommend this! I also didn't have a lot to lose when I did this originally but I lost 9% BF after 90 days of it.

I never bring my own food but bringing your own healthy dish to pass is a good alternative ;) Than you know you can have that without cringing and stressing over your food. Yay for your awesome burn!!! I would go with the less of the 2 because I also feel there is usually an overestimate in burn from MFP. I have a Bodybugg and HRM of which I LOVE my bugg. It's pricey but so worth it when really trying to keep a close eye on cals burned and taken in.

I'm not sure that I would recommend it. It's so intense....I don't know that I'd attempt it personally. I guess I like to be able to put my all into my workouts and doing 2 would be setting myself up to fail. KWIM???? Are you doing Asylum next???

I'm not a smoker but as a daughter who broke/threw-out/flushed her parents cigarettes every day I say GOOD LUCK!! Quitting is going to be one of the best things you've ever done for yourself. You sound like you're ready to quit and from what I hear that is the biggest feat.

This week has been pretty good for me. My supply has been fluctuating a ton. AF is visiting right now and my supply usually suffers because of it. I do love my IUD, though. Honestly, I didn't get rid of all of the weight from the first preg. Only 8lbs left after gaining 55+ . It was tough for me to lose it while bf'ing. It didn't start dropping until after I was done.
