MFP BMI calc says 156 - 210.8 take your pick!

If your diary is accurate it's simple, you are not eating enough!
-
I have gone from 238 lbs on 7th July to 185 lbs now (53 lbs) and intend to get to 138 lbs (100 lbs) by the end of june. go for it!
-
Well I was going to suggest prunes, I have them most mornings, delicious & effective! But it would appear you're not keen :-)

When you hit your muscle hard they store as much glycogen as possible, in order to store 1 gram of glycogen 3 grams of water are needed as well, keep going with exercise it will all come good, your body needs to use and store water where it needs to, but it is not fat and will sort itself out!

Oops

Surely you can manage 4 hours plus between meals? take medication midway between, hey presto all conditions met & you can eat whatever you like!
-
Not if most of the loss is water it isn't
-
Drinking too much water CAN cause dizziness if it alters your electrolite balance, although you drink a lot, if you have insufficient sodium your body cannot hold onto it therefore hypovolemic > hypotensive.
-
your muscles will store glycogen with use, for every gram of glycogen stored they have to store 3 or 4 grams of water, this gain is transient and as long as your calorie in/out calculation is accurate will lead to weight loss in the near future.

Figure out how many calories you expect to burn divide by 4 then eat this many grams of carb
-
make sure you have enough potassium
-
They havn't stopped me losing weight & I eat more than a chimp!
-
Probably accounting errors, either content/amount of food, or calorie burn figures for exercise. I have logged only half of the minutes I have spent on the road bike as (I feel) MFP gives a ridiculously optimistic calorie burn estimate.
-
It does if you have a bucketfull of each ;-)

Horses sweat, men perspire ladies merely glow!

I don't know what MFP uses as basis for it's calcuation for calories used for "normal activities but you could work out your own level if you were that bothered using various online tools. the idea of eating back your exercise cals helps ensure you get enough calories to get sufficient nutrients which you don't get on many…

Your BMR is what you would burn spark out in bed! your calorie deficit is based on your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) what you burn doing NORMAL daily activities of living, these are added to tour BMR then your calorie deficit is subtracted from this, exercise calorie burn is seperate. It only adds exercise cals…

You are correct!
-
if it contains water it adds to your hydration status even the demonised coffee, the diuretic effect is miniscule, your body takes fluid from all available intake sources, a steak for instance is 70 -80 % water! Your body does not care!
-
Unless you are in the U.K., a pint glass = 20 fluid ounces.
-
When you exercise, even if you eat correctly ie tally up the calories in versus out & maintain your deficit religiously, your muscles burn glycogen for fuel, in order to get ready for anticipated further demands they store replace thr glycogen expended but also strive to store as much as possible, this storage of glycogen…

Just drink if you are thirsty, it doesn't have to be water either!!
-
If you are drinking a litre of water plus coffee plus the water in your food you will be having adequat probably TOO MUCH there is a lot of hysterical bolleux written on here & other places regarding this topic!
-
Why don't you want to eat them? they are so nutrient dense it's unreal!
-
If your food diary is correct you are seriously messed up! you are not eating anything like enough to stay alive, and what you are eating is sh1t! please get help or at the very very least have a serious word with yourself!
-
Well it is very possible to be fat & fit, nearly impossible to smoke & be fit, smoking will kill you a lot faster than carrying excess weight, you have to be the one to decide!
-
Trick is to eat more! do a couple of thousand calories worth of exercise and then try your best to eat 3200 cals that you will need to consume! this way you will be eating a good healthy amount and give your body all the nutrients it deserves
