Yes you can, or you can drop down to 1200 calories and burn off 700 calories and not eat them back. Just kidding on the last part, but it happens all the time. If you are at a deficit you will lose weight without exercise but of course the exercise will help you total body over all heart and lungs and toning some

wow April 20th you ate 1590 and burned off 1507 and most days you are averaging around 700 cals, search bmr and tdee and read some articles about severe calorie restriction, I am guessing your trying to lose weight quickly, because this will never last, Just trying to help

the ft7 is great don't know about the other one you mentioned, only problem I have is that my ft7 will mess up because it picks up the reading from the bike HRM and shuts the bike off. That is terrible when your into a good workout and have to start over. So I don't wear it on a stationary bike, I still wear it on my road…
