i put them in yogurt. I also did the drink before, but now I just put them in my yogurt and eat right away. They are very good, no need for fish oil anymore, this and ground flaxseed meal are full of omegas

this you would have to go longer in the fat burn zone to burn the same amount of calories at higher intensity. A calorie is a calorie. As long as you have no medical conditions higher intensity is a ok

Have the ft7 polar and love it. Sister in law has the ft4 polar and says it is awesome.I think the ft4 is the women's version of the mens ft7 not that women couldn't wear the ft7.

I don't know for sure but the other day I read something about rhr and I remember they had a number for normal rhr and it continued to say that a in shape athlete would have a lower rhr. I wish I could remember where I read that article, but from what you are saying I would say it sounds like your in pretty good shape
