My sugars are mostly from fruit and yes I am down 33 pounds since september so it is working I just can't seem to make my sugar totals go down maybe I am worried about nothing. I will open my diary if anyone is interested in telling me how. I do eat really really good

I also wing it but I add about 350 cals a day first thing in the morning for exercise, even though i workout in the evening. So if I go over 350 cals doing the exercise its a bonus. yes if you are already limited on your intake the exercise calories go into your total and you can use hem up it works

go over on protein its all good i go over like 50 to 100 grams a day just stay under your total calorie count. I am always way over on protein and fiber and down almost 40 pounds.
