It's me. I am struggling and in menopause.

I do try to watch that carefully. I have seen it give incorrect data for some things.

I rarely ever go over. If anything I may come in under by a couple hundred and some days I have eaten more but those were also days I had HUGE calorie deficits of over 700 calories.

Yes. Also I am not enjoying the recipes in the book.. Mostly for the extremely small portion sizes. Makes me think of those fancy high priced restaurants where the serving sizes are miniature. Cookbook fail.

Yes I did the vinegar too. I followed it up with the salts because it was peppermint salt and it smelled better  I did wash ALL my existing workout socks too. EVERYTHING. Been a boring weekend of laundry and no working out :)

She should be wearing shoes with screws or some traction. That looked like it hurt.

Thanks! I think I like that SPIbelt idea.

I envy all you horse owners. I am currently working with a trainer on finding a horse I like. I purchased lessons for myself last Dec after not being on a horse in over 20 years. Six weeks ago my trainer and I started getting serious about how I feel on horses, look at horse, ground work, lunging, what I like and what i…

Oh an my closest running store is almost 2 hours way and not in an area I typically visit. I do plan a visit there at the end of sept but I am 100 percent certain these shoes will not make it that long.

The only place mine are wearing is the mesh tops by my big toe. I just don't know if a "running" shoe is appropriate for me or a walking shoe. I don't full on RUN. I have a slow jog, but one that keeps me in my target heart rate. I've had these current shoes for 6 months.

what are your serving sizes like? My dietitian has me eating I think 7 servings of fat. according to her paperwork 6 almonds is one serving. before her plan I was WAY overeating. I mean on the bag it says I can eat a LOT more. Eat more veggies. NO FAT there! I don't care if I go higher on my prot because I work out a lot.…

OMG this is so funny because several years ago I was in the middle of some serious weight loss. At about 50lbs I had the most severe gall bladder attack. Had to have it removed. When I came home and weighed myself a week later I was down another 10 (mostly from the lack of food for a week. liquid diet) and I was THRILLED…

Well you all have been inspiring! I went for my run tonight! Right after I went to zumba and I feel ENERGIZED! All this talk of my uterus falling out has given me more incentive to run; Im not using it anyway and I find it a nuisance! LOL

That is exactly what I am doing. I may stay at each level for 2 weeks rather than the one week. Pacing myself. Now finding a place to run in the frozen tundra is another story!

I should have said I already saw my physician and had a complete physical. He is not a thin guy himself and we talked weight and health issues for a long time. He is also a friend outside of practice so we speak pretty frank and candidly to each other. He saw no reason I should not bump up my workout routine. But not to go…

I started back in Sept. I've lost just 13lbs but I am PROUD of those 13. They have been hard work. Years ago I was 250lbs. Did WW and got myself down to 135. I think that was too thin for me. I maintained at 145 for a long time. Sadly over time I gained until in Aug I saw the scale creep up to 191!!! I dropped a couple…
