ideas - key, credit card, id storage
I am trying to find ideas to keep my stuff with me on walks. I normally carry my keys on a lanyard. I am not the belt fan. I hate crap hanging off me like that so I was hoping for a pocket type thing I could also clip onto my lanyard to hold things like my ID and a credit card. Thoughts? Ideas?

Shoes - probably asked a million times...
I am currently wearing Asics running shoes. My workouts consist of walking and running. I'd say on a 4 mile outing I can do about 50 of both or sometimes I can do 90 of jogging. Some days it just depends. Should I be wearing a different shoe? I am due for a new pair because I have plum wore this pair OUT!

This may be a stupid question..calorie intake
If I am set at 1200 for weight loss but I an burning from 385-600 calories working out. Do I still just consume those 1200 or do I have to consume the calories I burned? Make sense?
