I plan on posing this question to my dietitian next week for take on it but I am having a hard time categorizing Almond Milk.. I drink plain, original, unsweetened.
My breakfasts are:
1 dairy/yogurt (1carb)
1 fruit
1 protein
Since it is only 1g of prot I would assume it is a dairy...

it's not dairy - a dairy substitute so I would put it in that catagory0
