What do you eat for under 100 calories?

When you have less than 100 calories left for the day... what do you eat? I need to eat my min 1200 calories. I get stuck when there's just a little left.

fruit snacks! I'm a 5 year old, secretly. Also, most fruit is low cal, and a handful of nuts can be just right sometimes too.0

celery with a tsp of peanut butter
90 calorie fiber one bar
3oz chicken breast(boneless/skinless)
.5 oz almonds
100 calorie yogurt
med size apple

I have to agree with fruits and veggies. I have to make sure i eat atleast 1200 a day or my weight loss slows down. an apple is a good way to fill in the cals im missing.0

I love to grab a piece of sweet corn on the cob. Also another one is 2 egg whites w clove of garlic minced in and a touch of chopped onion...yum!0

It depends what you are hungry for? Rice cakes, some popcorn, apple, orange. All that good stuff!!
How is your Daily Calorie Allowance intake 1200? Did MFP give that to you automatically or did you adjust it?
Does your Daily Calorie Allowance go up after you exercise? What do you do than, eat some more or not?0 -

Air popped popcorn
Half an apple and two TEAspoons of peanut butter
Low fat cottage cheese (with back pepper and parsley) and veggies
Fruit with nonfat whipped cream
1 cup of blueberries
A hard boiled egg
100 calorie pack of pretzels with mustard0 -
cheese! or a glass of fat free milk0

raisins, apple, other fruits and vegis
if i'm feelin' like a treat, fruit snacks0 -
Fibre Fix bar - 98 cal
150g Salsa - 65 cal
100g Vaalia Yogurt -102 cal
Veggies - Broccoli, Zucchini - just steamed, big bowl is 50 or so cal0 -
Whatever my body is hungry for and if I go 100 calories or even more over what I should idealy net I remember this is a program this is not a doctor. Its a suggestion and not mandatory.0

Fat Free Yogurt or a Banana... both come in around 100 cals...!0

1 medium macintosh apple is 80 calories, or 2 g2, 20 0z gatorades, are 90 cals.(45 cals a piece) I have g2 gatorade as a treat. I try to drink mostly water. hope it helps.0

a fruit or vegetable ( I like bell peppers raw) is pretty good.
but you know I wouldn't totally sweat it if you go over your calories by 50. Assuming you're eating a 250 calorie deficit thats still a 200 cal deficit for the day, its not going to really stall your weight loss out.0 -
