What do you eat for under 100 calories?

When you have less than 100 calories left for the day... what do you eat? I need to eat my min 1200 calories. I get stuck when there's just a little left.

    fruit snacks! I'm a 5 year old, secretly. Also, most fruit is low cal, and a handful of nuts can be just right sometimes too.

    90 calorie fiber one bar
    3oz chicken breast(boneless/skinless)
    .5 oz almonds
    100 calorie yogurt

    I have to agree with fruits and veggies. I have to make sure i eat atleast 1200 a day or my weight loss slows down. an apple is a good way to fill in the cals im missing.

    It depends what you are hungry for? Rice cakes, some popcorn, apple, orange. All that good stuff!!

    How is your Daily Calorie Allowance intake 1200? Did MFP give that to you automatically or did you adjust it?

    Does your Daily Calorie Allowance go up after you exercise? What do you do than, eat some more or not?

    Half an apple and two TEAspoons of peanut butter
    Low fat cottage cheese (with back pepper and parsley) and veggies
    Fruit with nonfat whipped cream
    1 cup of blueberries
    A hard boiled egg
