I'm on it... today I will be doing day 7 of level 1. The first few days my muscles ached, for me I felt it more in my shoulders and my calves. Everything was so tender. Now it's better, I'm not as sore and though I haven't really seen many results yet I'm looking forward to pushing on to level 2.

Just did day 5 of level 1 and really looking forward to seeing some results. Today was my weigh in and unfortunately I saw a gain of 1 lb... but hopefully next week I'll lose some inches :-)
