eat the calories they tell you to eat. I do exercise but do not eat the calories they give me for working out. maybe try to cut carbs as well. good luck.

i love my diet cokes. i drink 2 a day :(......it is my cheat. i am trying to cut to one a day. drinking tons of water :)

from talking to my nutritionalist stevia is the best artificial sweetner you can get. Travia being the next best. I hope this helps. good luck. :)
