Sorry you are not feeling well. Hope you are better soon!

The core synergistics does get easier and you are both right, it's a bit weird. I worked up a real sweat doing it and managed to burn 400 calories and so I was content. I did Kenpo today instead of the yoga and had an excellent workout. My energy is definitely increasing and I'm feeling really good. Hope you guys are too!

Rukadare, it's funny because i really like the Kenpo also, although I think my favorite workout is plyometrics. I like these two mostly because there's a lot of cardio involved, but like you too, I wanted a bit more which is why I'm adding in some Insanity days. When I'm really tired, I can't do the Insanity, but when I…

Congratulations on hitting your goal!! Your hard work is paying off. What's your plan for continuing on the program during Ramadan? Will you workout before dawn?
-
Yes, I sweat like crazy doing the yoga and think it's my least favorite workout. Like Rukadare, I've done other yoga classes for shorter periods of time and gotten the same results. I've also liked other yoga dvds a bit better.
-
Okay guys, I'm swapping the Yoga and Kenpo days. I think I need the extra time on Saturday to get through the yoga. Hopefully that's alright.
-
Take it easy and heal. Continued good luck on your journey.

Thanks for the encouragement and congratulations on finishing one round already. Your results are awesome!

Wow, there's no way that I could eat 3000 calories of clean food! I'm trying to net 1500 but am still really finding it challenging. I ate small meals all weekend and although I got to my calorie count, I felt like I was stuffing myself. Funny thing is that the scale dropped a pound and it hasn't done that in weeks!…

Thanks for the advice. I'll try that and see how it works.

I am doing well with the workouts, but am actually having trouble getting in all of the required calories and protein. It's a lot easier to get in the required calorie count when I'm eating junk, but when I'm trying to eat clean, it's really hard to eat all that I'm supposed to be eating. I find myself full at the end of…

Week two is going well. Just finished plyo and am ready for shoulders, arms and abs tomorrow. How's everyone else doing?
-
Loved the day of stretching only and am now ready for week two. Pushing play!
-
Legs and back workout left me hobbling today but the soreness is hitting in all of the rights spots!
-
Thanks for adding me in. I missed Tuesday's workout, but did a double to catch up on Wednesday and did the Insanity Recovery this morning. I'll follow with the P90X yoga this evening. So far so good. Good luck everyone!
-
Do you have room for one more? I started a P90X/Insanity hybrid on the 2nd and would love to join the group.

Welcome! Feel free to add me.

Thanks much for the advice. You are absolutely right. I've had previous knee problems but have been self diagnosing and this time it's not getting better. Will heed the advice I'm getting from you and many others.

I'm wrapping it up and doing the best I can. Admittedly, I'm not going all out, but am plugging through for now. Any suggestions?
-
Sound like you're getting the whole week in one day! Ouch!
-
I'm in! Starting week 3, but happy to join the group.
-
Congratulations! Amazing job!
-
I'm just wrapping up P90X and would love to add another program to get a bit more cardio. Count me in!

I also love kickboxing and use Hollywood Trainer (good routine, but instructor's voice is a little annoying), Kickbox Bootcamp and Kickbox by Guillermo Gomez. All have good routines that I actually like better than the P90X Kenpo and are available either on Amazon or for rental at Blockbuster. None however require a heavy…

Coach Kelly -- got your message and just sent through a reply. Thanks so much for reaching out and continuing to support us all.

Thanks so much for the encouragement. I am ABsolutely seeing results in terms of how my clothes are fitting and its definitely easier to do some of the workouts. I am still however struggling with being tired. I'm not sure if I'm eating too much/too little, etc. MFP suggested 1200 calories, but the P90X suggests much more.…
