Be sure to take a rest day the day before the race! Races are great fun especially at the start when everyone takes off, but pace yourself based on your goals and save some energy for the grand finale! Good luck! You'll do great!

Me too! I've been snacking more on fruit lately, bananas, mangos, melons, berries, grapes. I also try smaller portions of Muddy Buddies to get my chocolate fix or Skinny Girl Bars (the bars are about 150 calories).

I use the elliptical, do Zumba, Yoga, or strength training on my cross training days. I'm training for a half marathon. Good luck with your 30K!
