Has anyone found a low-fat cheese string that is also low sodium? It's mind-blowing how much sodium those little things contain!

I'm also finding that MFP is very limited on sugar intake as well, making it difficult or even guilt-inducing to eat more than one serving of fruit each day :S

It's like that with a lot of foods, you think you found something good - until you get down to the sodium content.

Me too! I've been snacking more on fruit lately, bananas, mangos, melons, berries, grapes. I also try smaller portions of Muddy Buddies to get my chocolate fix or Skinny Girl Bars (the bars are about 150 calories).

I'm a huge snacker too.... my go-to's lately are a hardboiled egg, light Kettlecorn (I get the Indiana brand, 2 cups for 130 cals and totally satisfying!), cucumber or carrot sticks with a tablespoon or two of hummus, a handful of almonds or walnuts, or a small smoothie with some almond milk and frozen fruit. I also LOVE an apple or banana with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter.... but I have a really hard time controlling myself around PB.....
