First day of Gamma done - Speed 3.0. I pushed myself and did all that I could. Tonya doesn’t modify in Speed so I modified myself.
Like Tony, from P90, says - Do your best and forget the rest (I believe that’s how it goes). 😁5 -

Hi all,
I just started 21 Day Fix today and I only burned 160 calories in 30 minutes according to mg Apple Watch! I’m not new to fitness and I had been consistently going to the gym burning twice that amount in 30 minutes (3 miles) of running! Although the workout is tough it is very discouraging that I could have just run for 30 minutes and burned twice as many calories. Is 1 workout of the program a day really going to make a difference or do I need to do something else in addition to 21 Day Fix? I’m trying to lose a few pounds.0 -
Started T25 Alpha week 3 yesterday with total body circuit. I found it so hard. I had to pause it a few times but I made it through. Do your legs ever stop feeling like cooked noodles?0

@ZephieC Total Body is tough. You can do it though!! I think my legs were sore a lot. But it’s a good sore 😉.

Today was Ript Up. I liked it. I sweated a ton and my arms feel like jello right now.0 -
Last night was T25 Alpha Lower Focus. Afterwards, I was feeling like I had extra energy so I went for a walk. Didn't realize how far I had gone and 4.5 miles later I was feeling it. Though I'm sore today, it felt great to be active again!1

21 Day Fix has strength involved. Strength workouts don't burn as many calories during the workout as a cardio workout (your running). That said, strength workouts help you to maintain your lean body mass. This (along with adequate protein and a reasonable deficit) will help you lose mostly fat. When this is the case you want to put less focus on the scale and more on your measurements.
I tried 21 Day Fix earlier this year, but had to stop during week 3. I was doing it as my main workout along with Fitbit Coach Daily Dose (only 10-15 min bodyweight). I lost about 3-4 lbs during that time frame while eating around 2k calories a day.

"Insanity Max: 30 um..."Wednesday" Fight: Round 2”=DONE! yea...that's technically "MAX: 30"=Done! my inner "OCPD voice" says Cardio Challenge is still on the calendar..."we HAVE to do it"...LOL! there will be plenty of cardio on Saturday. I'm thinking "two days of laying on the couch playin Nintendo!" and tubing on Friday!!!
oh...and it is TOTALLY time to lay out on the floor! LOL!1 -
Extreme Circuit done! Nothing but weights, burpees, and planks. The fun and excitement 😉 It was a good workout though.

hello all!!.. I have been a discount coach with Beachbody since 2011...been doing the 2b mindset, I loose and gain the same couple of pounds, but going to continue with it because I love the freedome that it give me...I hated the container system...doing 21DF this week2

Ughhhh I’ve been battling some kind of chest cold thing since Saturday, but I’ve still been keeping up with 80DO. I started a Z-pack on Monday and I swear I’m not doing much better...left work early today cuz I felt like such *kitten*.
Today was day #10 Cardio Core and I barely held out for the whole thing. Last week, Cardio Core fell on July 4th and I ended up not being able to get through it because I was nauseous from a bunch of food. I did a lot of walking that day though. Still, I never really got to see what this day was really like! Holy crap, it’s rough!
Kept having to pause after each set so I could make some productive coughs to get the phlegm out.
It IS starting to come up though thank god. I just want to get to feeling better. I know I should probably rest, but I feel so determined to get through this program!1 -

80DO day #11 AAA today. Starting to drain like freaking crazy today, which is both good and annoying. I’ll take it over repetitive unproductive painful coughs though I guess! It made getting through the workout a lot easier. Woohoo!2

Straight Gamma calendar doesn’t have a double day. But I felt that I needed something so I popped in P90 Ab Ripper B afterwards. It’s been a while since I did that. Whoa did it kick my butt.
