Pilates X is done but by done I mean I am getting really comfortable at not being perfect LOL - I am experiencing some real pain in my lat/shoulder area and can't figure out why. It's only in certain positions but it has me concerned for when I start eccentric upper next week. Thoughts?1

See? This is what I’m talking about. At least it was at the end this time. DVDs=Better.
“Body Beast Bulk Arms”=Done!

Hi All- I'm so very new to exercising- haven't done so in a loooonngg time. I have already lost 70+ pounds but want to start moving more. What beachbody programs do you recommend for a true beginner? I'm serious that things like Zumba are HARD for me at this point. Whats a good starting program so I can feel good about myself and progress?1
-
I tried out the insanity pure cardio today, and part of the cardio abs.3

Healthy inside is healthy looking outside.0

I haven't actually done any Beachbody program that was "easy". Some do show modifications, but they are still probably more intense than Zumba. You might try Leslie Sansone's walk at home or Zumba 101, I think there's also a beginner's shred(like 30 day shred).0 -

What about Piyo? It looks to be a little lower impact.0 -

I did insanity pure cardio today too. I didn't do any abs as I am in month 1 week 1. I really got a good sweat on especially with it being so humid out.2 -

Check you You v2. It's by Leandro Carvalho. This program is for beginners who just wanna get up and start moving without all of the demand that other BB workouts require. Many have modifiers, but they too can still be too much for a beginner. So I'd suggest looking at You V2.3 -

Yes, I thought of that too, and it does have modifiers. Not quite the same if you like more dancy stuff like Zumba, though. Maybe Rockin'body or hip hop abs?0 -

I'm finishing up with Insanity on Monday. Thinking of trying Asylum next. Has anyone tried it? I'm curious how it compares with the original insanity.1

Me too! I really don't think I can go back to Alpha/Beta. It's Gamma for me only going forward, or another program. Have 1 week left in Gamma. After that, think I'm gonna repeat Gamma or try Body Beast.1 -
Few setbacks but feeling better. Tomorrow starts the last week of Gamma. I’m going to kick its butt. No setback is going to stop me! 😎
We can do this!!1 -
“Body Beast Bulk Chest (& Tris)”=Done at the gym!!
gonna start Asylum Vol. 1&2 hybrid tomorrow!!!1 -
Tomorrow I finish phase 1 of 80 Day Obsession!
Can the people who are further ahead tell me what I can expect for Phase 2?
I didn't think much of Phase 1 initially, but I have to admit: I invested in more dumbbells, upped the weights... and it's been kicking my butt.1 -
I just started the app and I’m using BB programs because they’re more convenient than going to a gym & I don’t have to worry about childcare ☺️. Doing the Pump/Combat hybrid now (going to try & do doubles) & will probably do P90x next. My goal is to decide what program I prefer & become a certified instructor.1

"Insanity: The Asylum Vol 1 Athletic Performance Assessment & Relief "=Done!
Effed up those agility heismans. Kept getting mixed up as to what knee was supposed to be up and where exactly my stupid feet were supposed to be.
Did pull ups instead of push ups.

@gam3rguy Just keep doing what you can!! From your posts, you workout pretty hard. You can get this down, too.
Week 4 Gamma started with Extreme Circuit. I got through it.
Keep sweating. Keep moving. You can do it!!1 -
Did Shaun week today. Does anyone have a 30 day one? No hybrid or weekends. I really enjoyed it.1

Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've been on here, and I've slowly gone back to my original weight. I'm going to be jumping back into beachbody workouts and wanted to say hey! I travel a lot, and I'm thinking I may go for 22 Minute Hard Corps. I want something I can travel with since I spend a lot of time on the road.
