  • South wales and my diary is open as I have no shame :P
  • I had exactly the same thing, I had a week or more of syptoms, bad stomach, feeling really grumpy, tired and craving chocolate but on the day it was supoosed to start there was nothing, there was nothing for the next 5 days either. I really panicked and was considering buying a pregnancy test (I know I couldn't handle 3…
  • If you are worried just have a small bit :)
  • You are one cool lady :)
  • It is sad and horrid that this child suffered in this way but there are obvious reasons why the parents did this. The father had a bypass at 25, that is really young so you can bet he was getting lots of advice and encouragement regarding weight loss. He probably didn't want his children going through what he went through…
  • I'm in Newport in Wales and I get this a lot too. It sucks. But you just gotta think that they have taken time out of their life to think about you :) Don't use up anymore of your life thinking about them! Don't let it put you off tho! Don't give them that power over you, take it back and use it for yourself!!
  • Crunchy peanut butter on wholemeal/wholegrain toast is always my saviour :) The peanut butter tastes bad for you but is actually a great slow release food, the texture satisfies that bit of you that wants something creamy and the crunchy peanut bits and toast cover the need for something crisp :) Think I might be snacking…
  • I am lucky enough to have a Welsh accent :D My Hubby is from the North of England and I find his accent very sexy :) If you are Welsh you get to say Cwtch :D Which means cuddle :)
  • I've had a similar experience recently :) I used to be in a UK size 22 - 24 but recently I have become a Uk size 18 and so I am no longer relegated to the 'plus size' area :D I wasn't sure my husband really understood what this mean't and so I had to explain to him that I LOVE clothes and clothes shopping and the only…
  • I have lost....a sperm whale's brain..... eewwwwww :P
  • Those kind of games are always over sensetive :P I had the kinect thing for a while but I hated how it picked up the horrid bend in my left leg from where my bones are deformed and it could never quite understand that my leg was supposed to be that shape... made me feel a bit crap. Would you be able to speak to a…
  • I am clearly not right, if I was right I wouldn't have gotten fat :) I am happy to hear any bit of advice that anyone has, I read it, take it on board, pass it through my 'common sense' filter - otherwise known as my brain and then if it passes I try it out :) Just because someone says you should do something doesn't mean…
  • I just like drinking lots of water, if you don't thats completely fine cos it means there is more for me :D

  • I'm not sure it will suit you but I have been doing juggling for 10 to 20 minutes every other day. I can walk but I get a lot of pain, stiffness and general bone crunching, it hurts to push myself so I've just searched for things I can do that hopefully don't leave me too swollen and sore as I have two little ones to take…
  • I seem to be always making my own recipes or just manipulating the tool so I get the closest result possible. Even then I don't take the calorie count as read and have in the back of my mind that its just a guide at the end of the day :)
  • It could be fluctuations in your blood sugar? Try having smaller meals but more often?
  • That is really useful information, I wish I had known that before I got so upset this morning. And thank you for your encouragement, it means a lot! Thanks x
  • Weighing yourself every day is such a hard habit to break but I will do my best :P Thank you! x
  • Thank you for the advice, it has made me feel so much better :) Unfortunately I have a one year old and a three year old who have no concept of the term 'lie in', maybe if I'm nice to Daddy he will let me have a few over the weekend :P I am kinda doing this diet on my own, or I thought I was until I saw all your helpful…
  • I find it really frustrating that I can't use the toilet without my 3 year old coming along too................. She asks me if I'm having a poop too and if I say yes she replies 'Good Girl Mummy!!' My husband never comments on it tho :P
  • No worries :D I was curious too :P
  • I use the recipe creator all the time and find it really useful, it tells me that a lot of what I cook is much healthier than I thought :) You can state how many people each recipe serves and then select how many servings you have at one time!
  • This website may help you? http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc It has lots of exercises, even sex :)
  • I have a lot of pain on a daily basis and I used to eat to comfort myself until I decided to do something about myself. I would often reach for chocolate or crisps when I was suffering until my husband said that the snack wouldn't make any of the bad go away and just end up hurting me in the end. Now I try and either…
  • Hello :)
  • Well there ya go :) As long as you are happy and healthy then they can keep their opinions to themselves :)
  • Do you allow yourself a little treat now and again? Congratulations on being at a healthy weight :D You have acheived something brilliant and you should be proud of yourself :)
  • I feel personally that I am obsessed with weightloss and exercise right now but you have to be if you want to acheive your goals. I think way too many people just shovel food in their mouths without really thinking about it these days and seeing folk like you and I considering each choice carefully maybe makes them feel…
  • Hi, I'm a random Welsh person :) Please feel free to add me :D x
