I have done it, but you have to use very pure protein isolate (Novus worked well for me)... otherwise you get a sort of brown muck. Make no mistake, it is not as good as regular coffee, but it can be gotten used to. Good luck!

I agree. My personal answer is yes and no. Didn't listen to my personal trainer at first and then did. Big difference in how I progressed towards my goals.

I would recommend a p90X style pull up bar. With that one piece of equipment you have back, chest, shoulders, abs, biceps, triceps, and glutes covered.
