crunches and reverse crunches hommie. make sure that your pelvis is in an anterior tilt or your spine will hate you when you are older.

I don't do core specific workouts, outside of hanging leg raises, and winshield wipers...as my closing exercises of my full body workouts. BUT, many of my exercises are compound and require good core stability to begin with.

deathstarclock...my last daily driver was a low 10 second (naturally aspirated) 67 coupe lol.

Hanging leg raises and planks. Work the hell out of planks!

    Oops...yes, planks!

I sometimes do tabata planks until I can't hold them anymore...along with tabata heavy bag work on off days.

I hardly do any core work, which is stupid considering it would do nothing but up my squat and deadlift. I do dragon flags, leg raises, planks, mostly for my ab work when I do them. I try to stay away from conventional crunches and such, my neck kills me afterwards, unless I'm on a machine, then it just doesn't feel like it's targeting enough. Also, weighted cable crunches at high reps, I do 100-150 for 2/3 sets will blast the midsection.

Fairly minimal for me also. Compound lifts hit them hard enough I find.

At the moment doing leg raises (for groin injury rehab) and planks. I would also add turkish get ups and t-pushups to the list of functional core exercises.

Oh and for more defintion, it generally comes down do lowering BF% enough to become visible rather than doing exercises that target the lower abs.
