Hello All...I've been doing the fitness pal now I think two weeks. I feel better already, but like most anything that's new is good for a while. I will need support to keep me on track. I'm a mother of one, but he's always busy. I need to be able to work, keep up wit his activities and be a wife. So all support and suggestions is welcomed.
