I got mine at Best Buy...online.

You are right and again...I never said that someone was unhealthy in doing so. I said it was based on frame size and that people can go that low. I do, however, think that people may misread their frame size. You might think you are a large, but are actually a med, or small vs med. It does happens. That's why I went and…

Here's what I said: "Still can't believe a few are going for such low weights...but based on frame size it does show you can go that low...good luck and be healthy!! " Not sure where I said people were unhealthy or shouldn't go that low. I believe it reads, based on FRAME SIZE you CAN go that low. Hense...good luck and be…

I went and had a body pod test done (much the same as being weighed in water) and they figured I should be 147 pounds at my BEST weight. I'm 5' 9". On here I read that someone much taller then myself wants to be 120-130 and it doesn't compute. I would assume they are a small frame and not med or large. I'm must be lame.

Since it's a first date and you don't know if you really like the guy yet...go for coffee. Or yes...a stroll in the park... Why must it be dinner out. While you walk or drink your $3 coffee, you can talk about other things too, like how much money you make or lack there of due to school...then he'll pick up on the…

I own a Yoga Zone DVD. Stretching for Flexibility. It's only 20 minutes long and awesome and includes two different work outs. I was only doing it 2 days a week and was bendy in no time!

How tall are you? 5' 9" What is your weight? 162 What is your build? Medium-curvy (loose size 10) How much do you workout? Mon- Soccer Tue-volleyball Wed-softball Thur-rest or ski at night Fri-rest Sat - snowboard Sun-ski or rest That'll all change soon (winter's over) to add more soccer and biking. :o) On average, I work…

cook it over chicken. Mmmm

Pre pack meals in smaller tupperware. Use smaller plates/bowls at meals. Make meals with TONS of veggies, so you "think" you're splurging, but really not. Get rid of bad food, so if you do want it, you have to go out and get it.
-
I'm sure that's also why you don't eat late at night, since your body is slowing down and won't burn the food as fast. It makes sense, but not sure I'd go eat dinner right after a work out just to burn more calories. My GUESS...it's not a huge difference in calories burned. IE...not 100 or something. Maybe a handful.

I use them all the time!! Fred Meyer and Safeway both had them last time I purchased mini tupperware. I was actually tired of washing the little containers after a while, so I bought HUGE boxes of the single packed condiments at Costco. I have TONS of mustard packets  , but it's so nice to just chuck a few in my…

PS. I wore my HRM while watching TV one night for an hour to see what my HR was. It's actually lower then 50, but I like to use 50 as an average, since it's easy to subtract and already shows on my food log. (1200 Divided by 24)
-
Because you burn 1200 a day by just laying around, the HRM factors that in already, so after an hour of exercise, it'll give you 50 calories PLUS however many you burn during your gym time, jogging, what ever. Exp: 60 min jog. HRM total shows CAL BURNED: 550. That includes 50 CAL of your rest rate, so I subtract 550-50 =…
-
You'll be fine tonight, but agree...try to eat more on a regular basis.
-
There's no real need to wear it all day, since the round about number you'd burn lying around is 1200ish. I would think wearing it while you work out is the only time you need to. However, when I ski/board I wear it for about 8-10 hours that day, but always factor in my rest rate so I don't over-count my calories burned/

As for the weight...maybe try to keep maintaining and not lose right now. That in itself is a good thing. Keep trying!

Clothes on.

I buy all my meats, chicken, fish, fruits and veggies there. BUT...because it's BULK make sure you plan your meals well and put veggies in everything or they'll go bad before you know it. I also stock up on low fat, healthy soups there too...for my lazy days.

When he gets home and it's dinner time...and breakfast for you...make that together! Breakfast for dinner...yummy! Or...leave copies of recipes out and write notes on them and have him write them back. Then save them for later OR make them and send him to work with lunch! This wil keep you eating good foods, allows you to…

There was something on TV about this a few days ago and they said you can get them easily from trying to do too much too soon. Your muscles aren't ready for the impact, speed, and harder work out. Start slower. Once you have healed...walk fast and fast, adding small runs inbetween jogs and walking and then keep adding.…

Find something else to do to keep you busy and to give your mind something else to think about. Oh...and do little special things for your man, so when he gets home and you leave...he knows you been thinking about him. Put all that emotion into something fun! Search for new ideas and go shopping for little things that you…

I think it's the "fried" part of the name that's the killer.
-
If I can't find it, I'd look in the datebase and find something close... Nothing close? Make a good guestimate on something with the same name. Edit...OMG...just looked...there are a ton and all different calories, fat, ect. Geeesh.
-
Hopefully the man is taking me out and I feel like PHO. Mmmmm...
-
Silly...didn't you just post something else about only losing 3 lbs this month? I like this post better. 3 lbs might not seem like a lot, but the mini goal of now being under 180 is something to cheer about!! Keep up the GREAT work!!!
-
Ditto. I've been on both and had no issues and if I did...it was my own fault. :grumble:

Steak, milk shake, what ever you want to have...you should have it...in moderation. If you're one of those people who has to cut something out of their life completely...then do it. If you aren't, then eat it, but be wise about it.

I have been a few times in the past 3-4 months and hit the all you can eat taco bar on Tuesdays. I normally have two soft tacos (beef or chicken), no cheese and a serving of chips. If you work out...you won't go over. Good luck. PS...I count out a serving of chips and place them on my napkin. If I work out really hard...I…

Go get one on a work out day. It doesn't sound like it'll throw you way off...but work out!!
