Thanks everyone! It's so hard to believe I have come so far, I am just so excited. I just use to day dream about the day I will get my body to how I want it and now its even better than it was before I was pregnant. So yeah, you can do it to everyone, ladies and gentleman!!! whoohoo!!!

Ok thanks for the responses! I have found my BMI which is 21.8 seems to be normal and LBI is 86 lbs.

Kids are back at school now, so I moving on to level 2. Whoohoo! My husband says I have to complete this dvd before he put together my treadmill. Well I guess I have no choice but to complete it.
