Help! Ultra fuel and Protein Powder Or Chlorella and Spirul

I am trying to figure out what is best for me to use for my post workout shake. In the past years I have been using Twin Lab Ultra Fuel with Syntha 6 Protein Powder. Well I have started using Chlorella and Spirulina this past year but have not really been consistent using it. I really love the ultra fuel and protein mix but I want to add chlorella and spirulina in to my diet also. I need help figuring out when to have the chlorella and spirulina.

Before workout, after workout, before lunch, before dinner, etc.?

I usually workout 5 am to 6:30 am or 8 am to 9:30 am.

When does everyone use chlorella and spirulina?
