I like Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger Herbal Tea. It's really tasty. I tend to add a tablespoon of honey just to give it a little more sweetness but it's good by itself

I used to weigh myself everyday but that drove me CRAZY so I now weigh myself once a week. I have my weigh in on Wednesday morning, generally around the same time. I don't think it matters when you have your weigh in as long as you're consistent

I LOVE Kraft's Fat Free Catalina dressing. It's tangy and really tasty; it's only 50 calories per serving (it is a little high on sodium though)

I'm not sure exactly how adoption works in the US, but I know that my mom adopted me from abroad because it was pretty much impossible for her to adopt here in the US as a single mom. Maybe the system has changed, but I know the domestic adoptions are extremely difficult.

This. I've always had a hard time with snacking too but planning really helps. Also, maybe reconsider the type of snacks you're reaching for. I really like yogurt, hummus, fruits (my favorites are apples and pineapple), 94% fat free popcorn, and nuts.

I used to use the Wii Fit Plus. I did really like it, especially the yoga workouts. I would highly recommend the Just Dance games (1, 2 or 3). They're a great way to burn calories and they're so much fun that it doesn't really feel like a workout!

I used to exercise with Wii Fit. I loved the yoga on in, although that wasn't a huge calorie burn. I would recommend Just Dance 2. I get a pretty decent work out and it's really fun!

Nuts (almonds, walnuts) are always a good choice. I also like dry cereal; Honey Nut Cheerios usually taste pretty good as a snack. I also like raisins, Cliff bars, trail mix, or freeze dried fruit :)

I bought a heart rate monitor recently and I was very happy with my purchase!! I would recommend the Polar FT4 and I absolutely love it! It's very easy to program and use. I got it off of Amazon for I think $60. I'm not sure how that price compares to other HRMs but I would definitely recommend the Polar FT4

Are you looking for snacks or meals? For snacks, honestly the classic baby carrots and fat free ranch is a good choice. You can eat a lot of carrots with 2 tbsp of dressing and feel pretty full without eating a large amount of calories.
