I did. 3lbs but I ate very healthy this past few days and lost 2lbs! Yay! My weight fluctuates very easily though :tongue: Only one pound to go. Just get back on track with exercise and diet and it'll all come back off. Oh, don't forget to get rid of the holiday junk!!

I'm a dancer so that involves a lot of leg and arm movements. I also enjoy running, so you can imagine that I have muscular legs. But the upper thigh is where the fat is.

The 400 was net calories because dancing burns many calories. Also, I just made my diary public. I think I may be having an off week. I've been trying to eat better after the weekend though.

I don't. I sometimes dont even count exercise so I know how many I actually ate.
