I wondered if that might be a good compromise :-) She can still doe the exercises minus the weights. Think I might get us some zumba dvds too! I hadn't even thought of her joining me and usually work out while the kids are not around or in bed...or I just use the exercycle in the corner or trot after them on their…

I've found that adding exercise means I can eat most things I enjoy :-) So when it comes to breakfast think about what you like? Eggs - poached or scrambled or boiled and maybe a rasher of…

Mine is a fancy computerised exercycle tucked behind the couch, a pair of trainers, a set of scales, a few dvd's, some dumbells and lots of healthy food in the kitchen...that is it! (oh and the computer for mfp!)

Yay you! I wish I could help... but a long way from maintenance here!

Maybe your body needs more fuel...why not try eating your exercise calories back and see what happens?
-
Have had a peek and No expert here but I'd say * eat back your exercise calories (you need to fuel your body or your body will go into starvation mode and store fat) - if not hungry have some nuts or something light. * more clean protein - even an egg for breakfast or something? * switch the sugar loaded juice for water *…

I am best with short term goals... I need to be able to check it off a list! So I have apart from my first goal which is 8.1kg - I've set 5kg goals - not sure how realistic my dates are but time will tell!

Don't worry about when you eat.... doesn't make a difference. I'd say maybe you could try some of these things if you want - but it also might just be a time thing and the next few weeks may yeild results: - less processed stuff - more fresh food - fruits, veges, raw nuts - eat your full calorie allowance - if you exercise…
